Background. Sustainability and safety of production processes are a priority for organizations operating in potentially hazardous areas service. Objective. research aims study relationship between psychological characteristics (involvement, values) level organization. Sample. sample consists 96 people who operators oil refining units at one largest oil-refineries Russia. Methods. UWES-scale (V. Schaufelli, A. Becker) adaptation D. Kutuzova; “Organizational engagement” Dominyak, T. Tatarinova); Safety questionnaire (L. Goryunova, V. Kozlov), “Aspirations index” M. Patrikeeva were used collect data. Results. overall engagement showed high positive correlations with such components as trust, personal responsibility, discipline, involvement safety. Significant connections found organization evaluation number SC components. It shown that higher rate internal aspirations characterized by score.
